Terms of Service

Flowtus provides white-label social media management tools — scheduling, publishing, approval workflows, analytics, and related features — to agencies and their teams under a subscription license.

You are responsible for your account, your team's use, and keeping credentials secure. Each seat is limited to one active session at a time.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your organization.

You agree not to use Flowtus to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to violate the terms of any connected social platform, or to attempt to breach the security or tenant isolation of the service.

You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish and for having the rights to it.

Flowtus integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, and others). Your use of those platforms through Flowtus is also subject to their terms, and their availability and API behavior are outside our control.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process it to provide the service. Flowtus and its software remain our property.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
